2010-2011 Policies

· Tuition is due the 5th of each month—a 10% late fee will be assessed if not received by the 10th. · Tuition statements will not be mailed out to dancers. Please put your payment in the payment box monthly. · A $30.00 NSF fee will be applied for all returned checks. · All students must submit a registration form in addition to a $15 registration fee. ($5.00 less each family member) · There will be no refunds or credits for any reasons unless there is a serious illness or injury and a doctor’s note is provided. · Classes may be cancelled at any time due to lack of students. · Dancers and parents must be respectful and courteous to each other and other studios · New Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Dancers should not bring valuables to the studio. · No food or drinks are allowed in the studio. (water only) · All students are expected to arrive on time. · Please call the studio if your child will be absent from class. Makeup classes are available. · New Energy will follow Elkhorn Public School’s Academic Calendar in regards to holiday breaks, snow days, and winter/ spring breaks. · Please write your child’s name in each shoe and dance item including bags, jackets and sweatshirts. · Lost & found items not claimed are donated to the Goodwill every 30 days. · Our end of the year “Concert” is at the end of our season (End of May) Video taping and photography is allowed at rehearsals ONLY. No video cameras or flash photography during the performance is allowed. A professional company will tape each performance and they are available for purchase if you would like a copy of the show. In addition a professional photographer will be onsite on or before dress rehearsal if you would like a picture of your child in costume. · Unlimited classes include any class EXCEPT Project 1371. · By signing that you understand these policies, you are expected to follow each and every one.
